Garden Trade Hub ("we", "the Site") is a community platform for trading in-game items. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you sign in with Roblox, we receive your Roblox user ID, your Roblox username, and your account creation date (used only to confirm your account meets our minimum-age requirement). We store the content you create on the Site: trade listings, messages, ratings, and profile bio. We do not collect your password โ sign-in is handled entirely by Roblox.
Cookies
We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising of our own. If third-party advertising is shown, those providers may set their own cookies under their policies.
How we use your data
To operate the Site: show your listings and profile to other users, deliver messages, calculate ratings, and enforce our rules (e.g., account age, bans, anti-spam). We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We rely on Roblox (authentication). If advertising is enabled, an advertising provider (e.g., Google AdSense) may serve ads; see their privacy policy for details.
Children
This Site relates to a game played by minors. Accounts must meet our minimum account-age requirement. We do not knowingly collect more data than the Roblox sign-in provides. If you believe a minor's data should be removed, contact us.
Your choices
You can stop using the Site at any time. To request deletion of your stored content, contact us at the email below.

Eligibility
You must sign in with a Roblox account that meets our minimum account-age requirement. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: post external links; harass, scam, threaten, or deceive other users; post sexual, hateful, violent, or illegal content; impersonate others; spam; or attempt to break or abuse the Site. Bios, listings, and messages are filtered, and links are not permitted.
Trading
The Site is a venue for users to arrange in-game trades. Middle Men are official mediators appointed by Garden Trade Hub. For trades completed through an official Middle Man, we take responsibility for losses that occur during that mediated trade. For trades made without a Middle Man, you trade entirely at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any losses, scams, or failed trades. For valuable items, always use an official Middle Man.
Moderation
We may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts (with a reason and duration) for breaking these terms, at our discretion.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
Not affiliated
Garden Trade Hub is a fan-made community tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the creators of Grow a Garden. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
